DESIGN

Our extensive expertise in valve design, together with integrated CAD/CAM systems fully exploit the opportunities for innovative and competitive engineering solutions which ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

One method of reducing cost of valve is to develop a mathematical model that can be used to predict the characteristics of the product through the use of modern computer technology. The mathematical model can be used to develop a family of curves that can later be verified through actual laboratory testing to compare the computers model's performance to actual stress valve from the instrumented valve.

ARFLU is fulfilling and designing according the main international standards such as API, ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN and other relevant applicable to the valves manufacturing

INTERNAL QUALITY MANUALS

ARFLU has efficient means to meet targets defined in the Strategic Plan. Our company and its products meet all legislative requirements, as well as international codes and standards. Every step from purchase order receipt through procurement, non destructive examination, machining, assembling, testing, painting and packaging is in accordance with regulations stipulated in our QA Manuals.

ARFLU valves materials are examined to verify that the material in question is indeed the material specified by the customer. Are used to verify a material and to test its integrity and ability to perform as required multiple non destructive test such as visual, wall thickness, hardness, Charpy impact, liquid dye penetrant, magnetic particle, radiography and ultrasonic.
