Each of our valve technicians started as a qualified tradesman and progressed to their current role after successfully completing a rigorous one year and half training programme.

Human resources policies
Arflu wishes to establish a personnel system that will draw in people who are successful in every work endeavor, and wherein many excellent staff members can take on challenging tasks. All parts of the system must relate to one another while maintaining consistency. To this end, the policy of each personnel function division will be clearly stated and systems will be established and operated in accordance with the policies.
